This document describes how the store works and is accurate on that. It is missing the trading entity, its registered address, the governing law, and the returns window, and it has not been reviewed by counsel. It must be completed before the store takes real money.
How goods are made
Regalia is made to order. The arms on a man’s goods are his clan’s, taken from his lineage on the day the order is placed, and struck or embroidered afterwards — so a Box is not a thing that ships the same week.
Your order page shows where a parcel stands: with the makers, being made, shipped, or delivered, with its tracking when it has one.
Returns
Personalised regalia is made for one man and cannot be resold, so returns on it are limited to goods that arrive faulty or wrong. Unpersonalised merchandise may be returned unworn.
The returns window, the address goods are returned to, and who bears return postage are the operator’s to set. They are not stated here because they are not yet decided.
Digital grants
Tools bought here are credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. There is no code to redeem — there never is, anywhere in the kingdom.
