This document describes how the store works and is accurate on that. It is missing the trading entity, its registered address, the governing law, and the returns window, and it has not been reviewed by counsel. It must be completed before the store takes real money.
What this site holds
This site is a window onto your member account. Signing in creates a session cookie; that is the only cookie it sets, and there is no analytics or advertising script on any page.
When you order, we record what you ordered, what it cost, the sizes you chose, and the realm, house and clan you belonged to on that day — the last because your goods carry your clan’s arms and are made weeks later.
What this site does not hold
Your card. It is entered on the processor’s own pages and never passes through ours.
Your address. The processor collects it and holds it. We read it when a parcel is packed, and we do not store it in the kingdom’s records.
Your location. Nothing on this site tracks where you are. The map here shows only what the app already shows a player — coarse, bucketed, and never a precise position of another man.
Erasure
The request runs through the app, which is where your account lives. Records that must survive — the ledger of what was paid, and evidence bundles behind a disputed capture — are named in the app’s own privacy terms.
